Is the event in-person or virtual?
This year’s 2026 Winter Summit will be held in person with recorded sessions available online after the event. For more information on the location of our Winter Summit, visit our Location page.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes! All the sessions will be recorded and available to replay shortly after the event. You can access recorded sessions in our Video Library here on the site.

IN PERSON
When should I fly in?
For financial professionals traveling to Minneapolis, please note that sessions will start with breakfast on Thursday, January 29, at 7:30 AM, and Happy Hour will conclude at 5:30 PM.
Where can I stay in St. Paul?
We suggest the DoubleTree by Hilton St. Paul Downtown, near Securian. Alternative options include the Intercontinental (a few blocks away) and the Hampton Inn—also a few blocks away.

Will meals be provided?
Yes! Breakfast and lunch will be provided during the sessions, and the ending Happy Hour will feature snacks and light appetizers.
What is the dress code for the event?
We ask that business casual dress is worn the entire day at Summit.

When are the Summit Awards scheduled?
The Summit Lunch Awards for our 2026 Winter Summit are scheduled from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM on the day of the sessions.
Will these awards be recorded?
We will record the entire live Awards Ceremony for you to watch here on the Summit site at your leisure.
